College of the North Atlantic-Qatar (CNA-Q) and the Supreme Council of Information and Communication Technology (ictQATAR) are co-hosting the third annual ICT in Education Conference.
The conference will be held on the last weekend of March, 2010. The conference is targeting K-to-12 teachers and school administrators at schools in Qatar. The conference will be at CNA-Q's Main Campus - Duhail 68 Al Tarafa, Duhail North Doha, Qatar (view map).
ICT Conference 2010: Exploring ICT in Education promotes the use of information and communication technology in education, and provides a great opportunity to network with educators, administrators and ICT professionals in the State of Qatar. The goal of the conference is to introduce best practices of ICT in education to participants through sessions lead by experts in the ICT Education field.
CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES
- Create an opportunity for educators and school administrators to learn about the latest trends in ICT education
- Provide hands-on workshops for teachers to learn more about technology in the classroom
- Increase participant's awareness of the influence and impact of technology
